Prayer for the Midterms

Community, Interests, Prayer

Let's pray together that God will be glorified as Americans exercise their civic rights and duties in the 2026 midterm elections.  At the close of the Constitutional Convention in September 1785,  Elizabeth Willing Powell asked  "Well doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy."  Benjamin Franklin's famous reply, "A republic, if you can keep it."  As recorded in the diary of Maryland delegate to the Convention James  McHenry. Franklin's concise reply emphasized that the fragile nature of our new Constitutional Republic is not self-sustaining, but its very survival depended and still depends on the active civic  participation of a moral electorate.   Come and pray together for our nation.  We will use helpful information from IFA (Intercessors for America) for various prayer points each week.
