The process of making sourdough can be intimidating if you've never done it before - but it doesn't have to be! There are so many rules and things you have to track and lots of steps, but you can make great bread and baked goods without following all the "rules" and timelines that experts tell you to follow.
We will learn everything from making your own sourdough starter (which is easier than it seems), tools that you ACTUALLY need, how to make your first loaf, what to do with "discard", and so much more. You'll be baking delicious, healthy bread for you family in no time!
You will need a Dutch oven, mason jar, and bread flour. We will go over other things you need or might want in the first group meeting.
