Think of the coffee bar team as the “center of community” of Manna Church. We want to actively engage with guests and attendees so they feel known and valued by providing them with conversation and free coffee, tea, or cocoa. As we engage guests and attendees in friendly conversation, we are constantly looking for ways to serve them and make them feel welcomed. The coffee bar should be a place that is inviting, airy, organized, welcoming, aromatic, and encourages people to socialize with others before and after service. The coffee bar should always be a place that encourages attendees and guests to meet and converse about life. It should be a place where people can greet others, meet other attendees, and enjoy a beverage of choice.
