Meet, Mentor and Multiply
Community
Our men's group is simple, we will follow the Manna's small groups framework of meet, mentor and multiply. Each Saturday morning we will MEET for coffee and fellowship, where we will share our wins and losses, get a feel for how everyone is doing, and to establish areas where we can help one another in our walk with Christ. We will strengthen our friendships, become battle buddies and as stated in Hebrews, we will "consider one another in order to stir up love and good works". Each meeting we will MENTOR by having a different leader discuss leadership traits, skills, techniques, etc. that we can then reflect on as a group. We will learn from one another and together we will increase our capacity and effectiveness for leadership and ministry. The third goal of this group is to MULTIPLY. We will discuss upcoming ministry opportunities and what we, as a group can do to support them. We will strategize on better ways to share our faith, minister to others, and serve our communities.
