Light & Rod is a small group focused on learning how to lead, parent, disciple, and influence others through connection before correction. Rooted in biblical and scientifically proven principles, we will explore how relationships create the foundation for growth, trust, accountability, and lasting change.

The Light represents guidance, understanding, grace, and truth. The Rod represents loving correction, boundaries, and discipleship. Together, they remind us that effective correction is most powerful when it flows from a place of genuine connection and relationship.

Through discussion, Scripture, practical application, and service opportunities, we will learn how to:
