2 Corinthians 5:7 "For we walk by faith not by sight" NKJV

Start your week off right!

Come join us as we walk in faith with our lord. We will start by introducing ourselves, individually announce our highs and lows, and a few minutes of warm up stretches before we begin our early morning walk together. This walk is not timed as you walk in pairs or groups at your own pace. We will enjoy fresh air, community, and the serene environment that God so created. Slowly we will build connections with the women of our church to help draw us closer to our Lord and savior, build personal relationships, and further grow our relationship with the Father and Son. 

The trail is paved with trees along the sides to help shade areas of the trail. Benches and emergency call stations are provided along the trail for anyone that needs to take a break or in the case of an emergency. Children are welcomed in strollers or wagons, as well as handicapped scooters, wheelchairs, or walkers. I ask that you please wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, and although not mandatory a small snack for yourself and/or the children accompanying you. 

We will close the group with a couple minutes of cool down stretches and prayers before we encounter what the rest of the day holds for us. 

*Note: Clark Park has a nature center free of charge and a playground area for the kids. After our walk in concluded you are more than welcome to stay to check out what they have to offer.

***Also, I am working on adding an evening group for those ladies that work or can't make it to the morning group. I am still debating on a date and time for the evening group. I am considering a pole on WhatsApp for those interested in the evening walk. Once you apply for the small group I will add you to WhatsApp for the pole.
